Fitness is at the center of what we do.

To Tilla Fit, fitness isn’t optional.
It’s something that every person needs.
And this isn’t a plug for Tilla Fit, because we aren’t for everyone.
Regardless if you workout with us, or at any other gym in the area, we want you working out.
This is our effort to show the community why fitness is a priority.

Here is reason number 37 of 52 for why we need fitness, and what it means to us.


“Feeling Human”


Being human is hard.


Days blend together.
We get stuck in routines.
We compare ourselves to others.

Many of us have our distractions and addictions pulling at us all day long.

For a lot of people, life starts to feel dull.
Numb.


Like you are just going through the motions.

For us, there are a few hours each day where we truly feel human again.
It happens during a workout and in the hours that follow.


Heart rate up.
Breathing heavy.
Sweat on the floor.

Your body wakes up.
Your mind wakes up.

Problems that felt overwhelming shrink.
Stress loosens.
We feel present in your own body.


That feeling is hard to explain until you experience it.
But once you do, you start chasing it.
It’s your healthy addiction.

Movement reminds you that you’re alive.
Not just surviving.
But living.


If you have never felt that before, we hope you find it.
Because we believe it’s the way your suppose to feel.
And it is worth finding.
