Fitness is at the center of what we do.

 

To Tilla Fit, fitness isn’t optional.

 

It’s something that every person needs.

 

And this isn’t a plug for Tilla Fit, because we aren’t for everyone.

 

Regardless if you workout with us, or at any other gym in the area, we want you working out.

 

This is our effort to show the community why fitness is a priority.

 

Here is reason number 4 of 52 for why we need fitness, and what it means to us!

We all know the importance of sleep, and one of my favorite sayings when it comes to spreading this message is.

High quality sleep not only speeds up the process in reaching our health and fitness goals, but also optimizes your life by creating more clarity and energy.

 

There is lots of things we can do to improve our sleep that can be purchased on Amazon or completed through daily habits.

– Special Alarms
– Winding Down Times
– Supplements
– Mediation
– Consistent Sleeping & Waking Times

 

Yet exercise should stand atop of all these things. Having all the fancy devices and sleeping habits are great, but moving your body, lifting heavy weights and challenging yourself will produce some of the best sleep you’ve ever had.

 

Becoming the better you requires high quality sleep, and exercise should be the first place you look to when searching for better dreams 💤😴
