To Tilla Fit, fitness isn’t optional.


It’s something that every person needs.


And this isn’t a plug for Tilla Fit, because we aren’t for everyone.


Regardless if you workout with us, or at any other gym in the area, we want you working out.


This is our effort to show the community why fitness is a priority.


Here is reason number 14 of 52 for why we need fitness, and what it means to us!


“Post-Workout High”


Some of us know the feeling.


You walk into the gym stressed out, distracted, low on energy…


Stretching, warm up, and strength session is finished 30 minutes later and you’re smiling, sweating, and riding a wave of momentum like you just hit a reset button.


That’s not just in your head—though it is happening because of your head.


Exercise triggers the release of endorphins and dopamine—two powerful brain chemicals responsible for feeling good, reducing pain, and boosting motivation.


Endorphins are your body’s natural painkillers. They help dull physical discomfort and create a sense of calm and well-being.

Dopamine is tied to reward and pleasure—it gives you that surge of “let’s do that again” when you accomplish something hard.

Put them together, and you’ve got yourself a natural high—one that lifts your mood, clears your mind, and puts you on top of the world.


No prescription.


And no side effects (except soreness).


Some of us know this feeling, but we want everyone to experience it.
