To Tilla Fit, fitness isn’t optional.
It’s something that every person needs.
And this isn’t a plug for Tilla Fit, because we aren’t for everyone.
Regardless if you workout with us, or at any other gym in the area, we want you working out.
This is our effort to show the community why fitness is a priority.
Here is reason number 9 of 52 for why we need fitness, and what it means to us!
“Mental Clarity”
When you work out consistently, you think better.
Decisions come quicker. Tasks feel lighter. The fog lifts.
There’s something about movement—about getting your heart rate up, sweating, pushing your body—that clears your head like nothing else.
Science clearly backs this up as well. Exercise increases blood flow to the brain and releases feel-good chemicals that sharpens focus.
Personally, as we’ve gotten back into a consistent rhythm the last two months with our workouts, we’ve noticed it.
The days feel more organized and ideas come easier.
Fitness is often times our reset that the brain needs.
It wipes the slate clean so you can show up better—for your work, your family, your goals.
If your mind feels cluttered, anxious, or dull… move your body.
