First Workout: April 10th, 2024

Body Composition Changes – When Karen started with us in April of last year, she weighed around 168 pounds. Her muscle mass averaged about 60 pounds, and her body fat percentage averaged around 33%.
Almost a year and a half later, Karen now weighs about 155 pounds, while maintaining her muscle mass, and is averaging 31% body fat!

Fitness Improvements – From the time Karen first joined until now, her most notable improvements have been in squatting strength and mobility. She went from struggling to reach depth with bodyweight squats to confidently squatting below parallel with added weight!
Let’s use data to highlight this progress: on June 6th, 2024, she completed our benchmark workout Southside in 16:48. On February 17th, 2025, she completed the same workout in 14:09!
