Behind every drop of sweat and every “fun” workout, there’s a story worth sharing. This week, we’re shining the light on some of our members who have made remarkable progress. Progress in their health and fitness journey that has the potential to make a lifelong impact.


First up… Naomi Cook

First Workout: March 8th, 2024

Body Composition Changes – When Naomi started with us in March of last year, she was hovering around 175 pounds. Her visceral fat level was 17, and her body fat percentage was 44%.


Almost a year and a half later, Naomi now weighs 151 pounds, with a visceral fat level of 13 and a body fat percentage of 37%.

Fitness Improvements – When Naomi first started, the workouts were far from easy. They often looked like this: complete a couple reps, walk around the park benches to catch her breath, and repeat. Regardless of how uncomfortable the work was, she always stayed in it until the last rep!


Now, let’s use data to show this improvement. On June 6th, 2024, she completed our benchmark workout Southside in 18:20. On July 9th, 2025, she completed the same workout in 10:47.


In addition to her workout improvements, she also deadlifted a massive 175 pounds after only a handful of months of barbell training.
