“Injury Recovery”
Let’s face it—no matter how careful you are, injuries happen.
You step off a curb wrong. Twist your back while picking something up. Strain your shoulder trying to hang that curtain rod. It’s part of being human.

It also speeds up recovery.
Strength training increases blood flow and tissue quality. Full range of motion movements maintain joint health and mobility. And building lean muscle mass helps support and protect your bones and ligaments when something does go wrong.

That’s maybe the biggest win of all.
