Group Bootcamp keeps you motivated and working hard. Working with a coach keeps you safe and injury-free. Each day, we'll build you a challenging workout that combines the best of all fitness methods!
Fitness
This is what we do best! Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics to scale to the experience and fitness level of any individual. You will continuously improve with our varied routines, and everyone around you will notice!
Accountability
Not only will the members in class hold you accountable to working hard and trying your best. But Tilla Fit has systems put into place to reach out on a consistent basis to ensure you stay on track!
Community
You will have a network of people to connect with about your progress and goals. Get lifestyle advice from other class members, push each other, or hang out after the workout! When you work hard side by side with someone, special relationships begin to form!
What to expect?
- We provide all the equipment you need, including dumbbells, medicine balls, boxes, and much more
- You’ll never have to think about the workout you’re doing. All you have to do is come to class and work
- Classes begin with a brief overview of the day’s workout and what will be accomplished
- Every class starts with a stretching routine
- You will perform a warmup designed to prep you for the workout
- The coach will instruct, demonstrate, and ensure everyone’s technique is spot on
- You’ll perform a workout feeling accomplished and closer to your health and fitness goals
- Good music will be playing
- Classes take approximately 1 hour
- A supportive community will be ready to work with you
