Foundations

The Tilla Fit Foundation classes have been created to help onboard new members in a safe and effective way! If you're just getting started in your fitness journey and want all the tools to succeed, foundations may be just right for you!

Bronze Package

A one hour private training session covering all the basic movement patterns seen in a typical Tilla Fit class! This is a fantastic option for someone with previous fitness experience and would like to freshen up on the movements we do in Group Bootcamp. If you’re familiar with squatting, pressing and hinging but have never been coached on these movements in great depth, this could be a great option for you!

Silver Package

Two one hour private training sessions covering all the basic movement patterns seen in a typical Tilla Fit class! The pace of this class is slightly slower and more detailed including a short workout at the end of both days. This package also includes an additional one hour Nutrition course giving you all the tools you need to start practicing nutrition on your own. This is a fantastic option for someone with minimal fitness experience and wants an in depth and personalized breakdown on what we do in classes. If you’re looking for a slightly slower approach to learning the movements as well as a complete nutrition breakdown, this is the best option for you! 

Gold Package

Two one hour private training sessions covering all the basic movement patterns seen in a typical Tilla Fit class! The pace of this class is slightly slower and more detailed including a short workout at the end of both days. This package also includes a one hour Nutrition course giving you all the tools you need to start practicing nutrition on your own.  In addition to the two foundation classes and nutrition course you will be guided through a Group Bootcamp class with a coach at your side making sure you understand the process and can apply what you learned from foundations into a workout. On top of all that, you will be assigned an accountability coach for the first 60 days of your Tilla Fit journey!
