Fitness is Health: Why Tilla Fit Believes in Bootcamp Training

One of the ways we do this is through our bootcamp style training. But why bootcamp? And what makes it so effective?

 

Improving your physical fitness has a great chance of leading you towards better health metrics. It’s backed by science, and it’s something we’ve seen firsthand.

 

So what does it mean to improve your physical capacities? Let me give you an example.

 

When you start, you might run a mile in 14 minutes. Over time, you get faster, dropping that mile time to 11 minutes.

 

In the beginning, a single push-up might seem impossible. But with consistent effort, you’re soon doing 5, then 10 push-ups in a row.

 

Maybe you begin squatting a single 25 pound dumbbell. Later, you’re squatting two 25 pound dumbbells for more reps with ease.

 

These improvements are what we mean by building physical capacities. And the exciting part? When you see progress in these areas, it often comes with a cascade of benefits for your overall health.

 

So what health metrics may improve?
