To Tilla Fit, fitness isn’t optional.
It’s something that every person needs.
And this isn’t a plug for Tilla Fit, because we aren’t for everyone.
Regardless if you workout with us, or at any other gym in the area, we want you working out.
This is our effort to show the community why fitness is a priority.

“Discipline”
Motivation comes and goes.
Excitement fades.
But discipline, that’s what carries you through.
It carries us through a successful and fulfilling life.
When you commit to challenging workouts, when you eat the foods you are suppose to eat, or show up on the days you’d rather lay in the comfort of your bed, you’re training more than your body.
You’re training your ability to stay the course.
Fitness teaches you how to stick with something until it’s done, no matter how tough it gets.
This kind of discipline doesn’t just stay in the gym.
It shows up in your work.
Your relationships.
Your life.
Because once you learn that you can keep moving forward, and make progress, even when it’s uncomfortable, you build a habit that lasts far beyond a workout.
