Athlete Check In

The Athlete Check In system is designed with one goal in mind: helping you reach your goals. We believe personal attention and customized coaching should be the heart of what Tilla Fit is all about. When you succeed, we succeed. This program is free to all Tilla Fit members and a massive perk for being apart of the Tilla Fit community. 

 

Here’s how the Check-In system works:

1) Find The Link

You’ll see it in the gym, the newsletter, and our Monday messages. Use it to claim your free Check-In appointment with Coach Izzy or Coach Colin. In-person is preferred, but virtual works too!

 

2) Use the Push Press Members App

You can download the “Push Press Members” app to book and manage your appointment easily.

 

3) Set Your Goals

During your Check-In, you’ll tell us exactly what you want to accomplish. This process will take roughly 20 minutes.


4) Establish Starting Point

We’ll measure where you’re at so we can track your progress accurately.

 

5) Get A Customized Plan

We’ll give you a clear and specific prescription to help you reach your goal.

 

6) Stay Accountable

We’ll help you stay accountable. 

 

7) Follow Up In 3 Months

We’ll meet again to reassess your goals, review your progress, and create your next plan.
