Connect With Your Kids / Grandkids (51/52)

Fitness is at the center of what we do.
To Tilla Fit, fitness isn’t optional.
It’s something that every person needs.
And this isn’t a plug for Tilla Fit, because we aren’t for everyone.
Regardless if you workout with us, or at any other gym in the area, we want you working out.
This is our effort to show the community why fitness is a priority.

Here is reason number 51 of 52 for why we need fitness, and what it means to us.

“Connect With Your Kids / Grandkids”

 

Kids are meant to move.

They run.
Climb.
Jump.
Explore.


They experience the world physically.


Some of my best childhood memories happened in these moments with my parents.


Pickup soccer games.
Swimming all day.
Playing tennis.
Walking the theme parks
Exploring somewhere new.


For many of us, some of our greatest childhood memories with our parents involved movement. They did not shy away from activity. They joined in.


Fitness gives us and gave our parents the freedom to say “yes” to those moments instead of sitting them out.

The freedom to keep up.
The freedom to participate.
The freedom to create memories that last a lifetime.


And the best part is this level of fitness is achievable for almost everyone.

It does not require perfection.
Just some effort.
A simple plan.
And consistency over time.


A healthier body gives you more opportunities to connect with the people you love most.
