And this isn’t a plug for Tilla Fit, because we aren’t for everyone.
Regardless if you workout with us, or at any other gym in the area, we want you working out.

Here is reason number 30 of 52 for why we need fitness, and what it means to us.

By now, the science is crystal clear.
Move your body consistently, and your sleep gets better.
Not maybe, not sometimes, reliably.
Exercise helps you fall asleep faster.
It increases deep sleep.
It improves REM cycles.
It reduces the time you spend tossing around.
It literally trains your body to shut down and recover the way it was meant to.
But instead of throwing research at you, let’s talk about what this actually looks like.
Picture this.
You’ve had a long day. Work was nonstop. You’re drained, stressed, and one more email away from snapping.
Your old routine?
Couch. TV. Phone. Drink.
You crawl into bed wired, not tired.
