Because the truth is, gyms have been around for a long time… and the problem still isn’t solved. There’s still a huge group of people who need direction, feel intimidated walking into a gym, and would benefit from real, practical fitness content.
So today, here’s one of our “secrets” to getting in great shape, staying healthy, and staying consistent that you probably don’t hear enough:
Be boring.
That’s it.
* Workout 3–5 times a week
* Get 7–9 hours of sleep
* Walk a few thousand steps every day
* Eat the same real foods on repeat
* Reduce stress
And while doing these things, drop the habits that make them impossible:
* No late nights
* No drinking
* No endless parties
* No toxic relationships
* No junk food
It might sound boring…
But this kind of “boring” is way more exciting than living in pain, cutting your lifespan short, and losing the ability to do what you love.
And when you do accomplish your health and fitness goals, you find massive enjoyment in moving your body with complete freedom.
So today’s advice:
Be boring.
Enjoy the simple things in life.
And watch your life change for the better.
