We’ve said it from the start: when your fitness improves, your health metrics will follow.
Jenny is a perfect example of this. Since the day she started, her squats, burpees, running, and weightlifting have all seen massive progress.
On 3/31/25, her max Back Squat was 90 lbs. Just one month later, she hit 115 lbs.
On 8/28/24, she completed our Tilla Fit Benchmark Workout Southside in 15:13. By 7/9/25, she crushed it in 11:40—over three minutes faster!
And the list of fitness accomplishments can go on and on.
The hard work Jenny has put in shows not only in her fitness but also in her body composition changes.
