The Tilla Fit Foundation classes have been created to help onboard new members in a safe and effective way! If you're just getting started in your fitness journey and want all the tools to succeed, foundations may be just right for you!

Bronze Package

Two 45-minute private training sessions that cover all the fundamental movement patterns used in a typical Tilla Fit class. This is an excellent option for anyone looking to build confidence and master proper technique in a low-intensity, one-on-one setting with an experienced coach.

Silver Package

Three 45-minute private training sessions that cover all the fundamental movement patterns used in a typical Tilla Fit class. This is an excellent option for anyone looking to build confidence and master proper technique in a low-intensity, one-on-one setting with an experienced coach.

 

 

The key difference between the Bronze and Silver packages is that each session in the Silver package ends with a short workout to apply and reinforce what you’ve learned.

 

In addition, it moves at a slightly slower and more personalized pace.

Gold Package

Three 45-minute private training sessions that cover all the fundamental movement patterns used in a typical Tilla Fit class. This is an excellent option for anyone looking to build confidence and master proper technique in a low-intensity, one-on-one setting with an experienced coach.

 

Each session in the gold package concludes with a short workout to apply and reinforce what you have learned.

 

The Gold package also includes 1 shadow class in a Tilla Fit group setting. This way you have a coach 1:1 with you making sure you do everything right in the group setting.

 

In addition, it includes a nutrition consult to create a plan and get you moving towards your goals faster.
