We know what it takes to live a life free of limitations! Becoming your best self requires a certain level of physical health and conditioning. The perfect balance of mobility, strength training, bodyweight movements and conditioning is the recipe for success.

When things get tough, we will be right at your side to hold you accountable and to continue the forward momentum. 

 

Community

Connections Matter! Building relationships with your coaches and classmates is just as important as learning proper technique and form. Being surrounded by hard-working and like-minded people is key to finding your best self!

How it Works

If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail! By scheduling a Free Intro call with a Tilla Fit Coach you are taking the first step in writing down those goals and establishing a starting point!

 

Having your goals written down and established will give your fitness journey more direction and create a clearer path! 

Once we figure out where you want to go, we will work with you to set up a plan that is guaranteed to get you closer to where you want to be! 

 

Everyone is different, and everyone requires a different plan!

We don’t sell shortcuts or quick fixes. This certainly won’t happen overnight and amazing results take time! If you join us, we are in this with you for the long haul.

How Did Tilla Fit Start?

Our journey began with a simple desire: bring accessible health and fitness opportunities to the Umatilla community. Recognizing the need for a welcoming workout environment that was coach lead and instructed, lead us to the Southside Umatilla Park. Starting January 2024, everything was very small. Classes with just family members and minimal equipment. In order to prepare for class, all the equipment had to move to and from a shed and truck bed. Slowly but surely, people heard and saw what was happening and wanted to be apart of it! The community was growing and fitness was happening! 

Where We Are Now

Currently, our bootcamp is experiencing steady growth with an average class attendance of 15+ people. We run three classes a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. To accommodate our expanding membership base, we have invested in additional equipment and a trailer now known as the mobile gym! In addition to elevating our workouts, coaching and communication we are active on social media posting educational content for absolutely anyone to take advantage of. 

Where We Want To Be

Looking forward, our vision for the future is BIG! We aim to expand our class offerings by introducing morning sessions and adding more days to our schedule! We plan to host events to celebrate the power of fitness, accountability and community for everyone to get together and celebrate their hard work. Lastly, we plan on adding more programs including nutritional services and private training to better provide for our members health and fitness goals.
